Spicy, smokey and sweet, this rub is great on ribs and chicken if you can take the heat.

Ingredients

3 tablespoons Tomato Powder
2 tablespoons Granulated Honey
2 tablespoons Dark Brown Sugar
1 tablespoon Chipotle Powder
1 tablespoon Momma’s Chili Powder

Directions

Mix all ingredients together
Store in an air tight container in cool dark place
Yields about 1/2 cup
